1, spare line
According to the solar street light packing list, select the appropriate sheathing line and determine the length of each sheathing line. After the length of the sheath wire is determined, the length of each sheath wire required is taken from the general assembly drawing of the solar street lamp structure. The solar cell module sheathing wire and the solar cell module must have sufficient margin at the connection end, and the other end must be long enough to reach the bottom surface of the flange. The light source sheathing wire has a sufficient margin at the connection end with the light source, and the other end must also be long and the bottom surface of the flange.
2, the upper pole assembly package
1) Pre-wearing fine wire
Insert the matching wire into the upper pole assembly, and leave a margin of 300mm at each end of the upper pole assembly, and bend the thin wire at the bottom end of the upper pole with a wire cutter.
2) Wear sheathed wire
Strip the prepared solar cell module from the end of the panel assembly with a stripper to strip the 30mm wire. Pass the core through the hook of the thin wire and then fold it back. Then tighten the core and then use the insulating tape to wire the core. Fix the wire tightly and twitch the wire at the top of the pole to take the component line out and leave a margin of 500mm~1000mm (determined according to the shape of the upper pole assembly), and then use the assembly wire at the bottom end of the upper pole. A 200mm nylon cable tie is fastened and placed in the upper pole, and the assembly line at the top of the upper pole is fixed to the pole. Be careful not to break the wire during threading.
3) Sheath line for identification
The sheath wire at the lower end of the upper lamp post assembly is stripped of the sheath skin having a length of about 200 mm, and then the "solar battery component" mark is made on both ends of the solar cell module sheath wire, and it is necessary to ensure that the mark is clear and not easy to fall off.
3, light pole assembly packaging
Fill in the nameplate of the solar street light with steel printing number, and the writing is clear. The other steps are the same as the upper pole assembly, and the corresponding data can be found in the package instructions.
4, battery and battery compartment packaging
The battery compartment (with battery) that has passed the water immersion test is dried, and the sheathed cable taken out from the threading hose is fastened and fastened to the threading hose by a nylon cable tie. Then wrap the threading hose and sheathing wire with a suitable air film cushion and tie with a nylon cable tie. The two ends of the sheath wire are respectively wrapped with an insulating tape.
