"Improve the brand image and humanistic value of the airline, inherit the Chinese national culture, and discover more new professional clothing designers and excellent aviation uniforms." The National Federation of Industry and Commerce Textile and Apparel Chamber of Commerce, Donghua University Vocational Clothing Research Institute, Lingshuo Holding Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai International Professional Wear Expo Organizing Committee decided to jointly hold the 2017 Second China Professional Wear Creative Design Competition and China Aviation Uniform Design Contest.

Fourth, the qualifications of the contestants

Domestic corporate designers, design companies, studios, individual freelance designers, college teachers, and students in the field who are engaged in and passionate about fashion design can participate. The participating companies and individuals may participate in separate competitions or jointly.

V. Entry requirements:

1. Entries should be professional clothing series (4-6 sets) in line with the theme of the competition; require a combination of patterns, overall harmony, easy to spread

2, creative, artistic, cultural, and industrial, not only to characterize the air transport industry, but also to show regional characteristics, but also to reflect the connotation of Chinese traditional culture;

3. The entry must be an original work, and the author must have ownership of the material used in the work. It is innovative and must not be identical to other logos, signs and images. The entry behavior belongs to the first time the contestant publishes the act. The entry does not infringe the copyright of others. If there is any infringement, the entrant bears all legal responsibilities.

4. Once the entry is submitted, the name and designer of the work may not be changed.

5. Entry entries must not be submitted in multiple submissions, and no further participation in other events.

6. The physical works in the finals shall not use the inner lining, buttons, zippers, trademarks, etc. printed with the corporate logo, and shall not be attached to any listing.

7. The Organizing Committee of the Competition will retain all rights to perform, publish and display the winning and selected works. In addition, all designers will be allowed to create and perform photos and video copyrights of the entries, and will have the right to rip the photos and videos in any form without paying any copyright fees to the participants.

Sixth, the scope of design

The collection of this competition needs to include the four seasons of professional wear, spring, summer, autumn and winter, and the accessories are complete. It is divided into three series: middle and high-grade administrative professional wear group, professional standard clothing group and professional tooling group.

Seven, the requirements of the work (electronic version)

Please provide the electronic version of the color rendering ppt or pdf file, paper requirements 29.7 × 42cm (A3), reject too large or too small works, the image export accuracy is not less than 150dpi. 4-6 sets per series.

The electronic version includes:

1 person information page (name of the sending unit (academic institution), author name, detailed mailing address, telephone number, etc.);

2 design theme page (need to mark the industry category);

3 color description and fabric description page (please attach a scan of the fabric sample);

4 color renderings page (requires design instructions);

5 flat style map pages (including front view and back view, simple process description). Personal data is not allowed in the renderings.

Eight, the transformation of results

(1) The Shanghai International Professional Wear Expo Organizing Committee selects the best-selling organizers to sign a framework cooperation agreement with the relevant airlines to guide the enterprises and the finalists to conduct results trading and talent cooperation, and promote the transformation of the works.

(2) All the finalists will be included in the featured catalogue of Shanghai International Professional Wear Expo, and will be recommended to relevant government enterprises and institutions for priority conversion and docking. Priority should be given to product patent applications, holders' entrepreneurship, corporate financing, commodity and market docking, etc., to achieve mutual benefit and win-win, and to enlarge and strengthen the Chinese professional wear industry.

IX. Description of rights

For the selected works, the winners must sign the intellectual property transfer commitment letter and submit the source documents. After the competition organizing committee pays the corresponding bonus, it belongs to the competition organizing committee and owns the ownership of the work. Including but not limited to intellectual property rights, use rights, distribution rights, disposal rights, and the right to modify, combine and develop various applications.

X. Competition Code

(1) All entrants must be the legal owners of the entries, have independent copyrights, legally use pictures and other materials, and bear the corresponding legal responsibilities.

(2) Prohibition of plagiarism and fraud, and if found, immediately disqualify.

(3) Entries must not be transferred and licensed to any commercial unit other than the organizer during the competition.

(4) The author of the competition owns the copyright of his work, and agrees that the organizer will assemble and display the work, and no additional remuneration will be paid.

(5) The author retains high-precision design original drawings (such as AI, CDR, PSD) for selection and delivery to the organizer.

(6) Ask the author to leave his real name, contact information, ID number, email, and the manuscript will not be returned. Please keep the manuscript. (Note: The above personal data may not appear in the design electronic manuscript)

(VII) The right to interpret this competition belongs to the 2017 Second China Professional Wear Design Competition and China Aviation Uniform Design Competition.

XI. Competition procedures and schedule

July 1, 2016 - January 31, 2017 Registration and Delivery Time: The registration and entry date of the entry will be until January 31, 2017 (subject to the postmark time)

February 20th - February 28th, 2017 Initial evaluation stage: 30 finalists will be selected by the expert jury. And announced the shortlist on the official website

From March 1st to March 20th, 2017, the finalists submitted the ready-to-wear renderings: the finalists will make the designer's renderings of the garments (one for each, one with the author's name, the author's idea), and the electronic version. Send it to the mailbox before March 20.

March 21, 2017 - April 10th Online voting: The contest will start online voting at the same time. It is strictly forbidden to maliciously brush the ticket. If it is found, once it is verified, all votes will be cleared and the qualification will be cancelled. At the same time, there are opportunities to win prizes.

Finalists on April 20, 2017: The 30 sets selected for the preliminary competition will be finalized on April 20, 2017. The organizing committee will provide a catwalk model. The ranking is determined by the comprehensive score of the live performance.

Final evaluation stage and announcement of the winners on April 20, 2017: The jury of the expert jury will award the awards according to the final improvement plan of the finalists and the online voting points. In order to improve the professionalism of the winning works, online voting points only account for 20% of the final score, and the judges score 80%.
